Shipping in India: We offer free shipping on all orders across the country. 

International Shipping: We will also start ship worldwide.

We do not provide the cash on delivery facility on our orders across the globe.

For Indian clients: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 

For International clients:

PAYMENTS

All payments made, against the purchases/services on harshildesignstudio.com, by the client shall be against the MRP displayed on the website. This shall be done under the Google Pay or Paytm. Prior to shipping the order to the client, team Vilas Satasiya may request the client to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by him/her for his/her purchase. This procedure is followed to ensure that a secure online shopping environment is created for customers.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by team Vilas Satasiya, kindly note that team Vilas Satasiya is not liable or responsible of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

DELIVERY

At Vilas Satasiya, we strive to deliver the garment within the stipulated time (6-8 weeks as mentioned in the product pages). However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated throughout the process. The contract, in no manner can be repudiated if Vilas Satasiya fails to deliver any one or more products in the given time frame. It should be noted that in situations if the client fails to take the delivery of the goods, Vilas Satasiya may at its discretion charge the client for additional shipping cost.
